Universal’s CityWalk is Opening for Limited Operations

After being shuttered for almost two months, Universal Orlando’s CityWalk will be reopening on Thursday, May 14th on a limited basis at 4 p.m. to 10 p.m daily.

About a half-dozen restaurants and eateries, as well as two retail shops and some merchandise carts will be open for business.

However, all clubs, movie theater, and Blue Man Group will remain closed.  This is a great sign as Orlando’s theme parks are taking extra precautious and baby steps to get back to business after closing in mid-March because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Disney’s Chief Medical Officer releases message regarding coronavirus

With so many things going on during the current global pandemic, theme parks and attractions around the world have had to close without a reopening date at this time.  There’s no doubt that the parks and attractions are planning to reopen at some points with extra procedures and protocols focusing on the health and safety for their team members and guests.

Cinderella Castle at Disney’s Magic Kingdom will Receive Royal Makeover

Cinderella Castle at Disney’s Magic Kingdom in Lake Buena Vista, FL will soon look very different.  With this change, it will be done in honor of the classic “Cinderella” Film which was debuted on March 4, 1950 as it will hit 70th anniversary since it has been released.  While Walt Disney World are working around the clock adding new attractions as well renovating and refurbishing all the attractions in the parks before Disney celebrates its 50th anniversary on October 1, 2021.

What’s coming on shore at Kings Dominion for 2020?

Kings Dominion is 400 acres packed with 60 rides, shows, and attractions.  It’s also the home of the largest collection breath-taking roller coasters on the east coast.  The park continue to make ways to bring guests back to the park by adding new experience and attractions to the park.
