What’s Coming to Disney+: March 2023

March 2023 is set to be another month jammed-packed with original content that will be coming to Disney+ worldwide.

Highlights include the premieres of Season 3 of “The Mandalorian” on the 1st, “Chang Can Dunk” on the 10th, Season 2 of “Turning the Tables with Robin Roberts” on the 15th, the music docu special “Bono & The Edge: A Sort of Homecoming, with Dave Letterman” on the 17th and Season 2 of “Doogie Kamealoha M.D.” on the 31st.  It’s also the end of the Season 2 of Star Wars: The Bad Batch with two episodes finale.  

Star Wars: The Mandalorian (Season 3 Premiere) – March 1, 2023

The journeys of the Mandalorian through the Star Wars galaxy continue. Once a lone bounty hunter, Din Djarin has reunited with Grogu. Meanwhile, the New Republic struggles to lead the galaxy away from its dark history. The Mandalorian will cross paths with old allies and make new enemies as he and Grogu continue their journey together.

Marvel’s MPower – March 8, 2023

The series is described as a “salutes the Marvel women, onscreen and off, who have brought our iconic heroes to life.” Unfortunately, the description is a little vague, though it’s likely that this series will focus on major characters within the Marvel Universe, such as Captain Marvel, Black Widow, Ms Marvel, She-Hulk, Wasp, Wanda, Shuri, Ironheart and many more. It will also showcase the incredible talent of those who work behind the camera on the Marvel shows and films.

Turning the Tables with Robin Roberts (Season 2) – March 15, 2023

Get personal with Robin Roberts and some of Hollywood’s groundbreaking women as they bear witness to their incredible journeys on their path to purpose. Each episode is a profound conversation filled with emotion and inspiration. Listen to never-before-heard stories of how these groundbreakers came face-to-face with their vulnerability, authenticity and intuition. Discover their commonalities and learn how their stories and experiences created room for expansion and evolution.

Bono & The Edge: A Sort of Homecoming, with Dave Letterman – March 17, 2023

In the special, filmmaker Morgan Neville captures David Letterman on his first visit to Dublin to hang out with Bono and The Edge in their hometown, experience Dublin and join the two U2 musicians for a concert performance. Additionally explored is Bono and The Edge’s over 45 years of friendship and collaboration.

Star Wars: The Bad Batch (Season 2 Finale) – March 29, 2023

Disney Plus Day is a special event held on November 12 to mark the service’s two-year anniversary.  The celebration includes a series of big streaming releases and unique perks for members.  Many new movies and shows are now available to stream on Disney Plus Day.

Doogie Kamealoha, M.D. (Season 2 Premiere) – March 31, 2023

Set in modern-day Hawai‘i, “Doogie Kamealoha, M.D.” – a coming-of-age dramedy inspired by the hit medical series “Doogie Howser, M.D.” – follows Lahela “Doogie” Kamealoha, a 16-year-old prodigy juggling a budding medical career and life as a teenager. With the support of her caring and comical ‘ohana (family) and friends, Lahela is determined to make the most of her teenage years and forge her own path.
