Meet Frost and Flame at Howl-O-Scream Orlando 2023

SeaWorld Orlando

SeaWorld Orlando has been sharing some updates of what’s coming to this year’s Howl-O-Scream.  The park has introduced siren twins named Frost and Flame.

With SeaWOrld Orlando being an aquatic-themed park, the park takes inspiration from the ocean’s darkest depths and creatures when it comes to having haunted houses and scare actors in place.  Since Howl-O-Scream debuted in 2021, mermaids and sirens have been the main characters in the event’s stories that’s been built over time.

This year’s sirens include the twins Frost and Flame. Where Frost is “cold-hearted” with a freezing touch, Flame has a “passionate exhale” and “burns her victims from the inside out.” So yeah, they seem nice.

“We introduce to you, Frost and Flame, the infernal duo, beckoning you to their realm of terror,” reads a Twitter post from the official Howl-O-Scream account. “Running from one tantalizing twin is an invitation to face the nightmarish wrath of the other, meaning no one escapes these twins alive.”

The sisters have been featured across various social media platforms.  This is a great added backstory for the characters to allow horror fans to get pumped for the upcoming events.

Frost is one of the twins coming from Arctic Circle, known as the “cold-hearted” twin, possessing a freezing touch.  “A kiss to her victim’s lips or forehead immediately forms ice crystals over their brain, causing them to lose all control over their own thoughts and free will,” mentioned in Frost’s bio.

Flame is known as the intense twin of Frost.  Both Frost and Flame couldn’t be any different other than one is cold and the other is hot.  “Don’t get too close, or she’ll pull you in and with her passionate exhale, she’ll start a fire from within,” stated in Flame’s bio.

In previous Howl-O-Scream events, Sirens like Frost and Flame are the stars of the Siren’s Song show. The sirens roam around the park scaring guests and trying to lure them in with their special songs.

SeaWorld has not yet revealed how the sirens will be incorporated into this year’s event. In previous years, the park featured sirens in one of the live shows during the event.
