Halloween is still four months away, Busch Gardens and SeaWorld have been sharing updates, especially SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Halloween Horror fans are already counting down the days until the annual frights festival returns.
Howl-O-Screams Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will kick off starting September 8th and runs through October 31st.
Howl-O-Scream Kick Off Dates:
- Howl-O-Scream Orlando – September 8th
- Howl-O-Scream Tampa Bay – September 8th
- Howl-O-Scream Williamsburg – September 8th
- Howl-O-Scream San Antonio – September 8th
- Howl-O-Scream San Diego – September 15th
All Howl-O-Scream will conclude on October 31st except for San Antonio which will conclude on October 29th.

Thrills Rides during Howl-O-Scream Orlando!
Also, the park has revealed the thrill rides that will be opening during Howl-O-Scream such as Mako, Ice Breaker, as well the all-new Pipeline Coaster that just opened this year.

Monster Stomp in Slasher Alley is back!
The popular show from the past year: Monster Stomp in Slasher Alley, a Victorian London-ish rock show starring Jack The Ripper, is coming back this year. SeaWorld Orlando is auditioning for the show that will be featured in Howl-O-Scream.

Howl-O-Scream Tampa Bay
Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is expected to announce more haunted houses and scare zones soon. So far, the park revealed a new house called D.H. Baggum’s Circus of Fear, featuring monstrous twists on classic circus characters.
Other Howl-O-Scream Updates
While details about haunted houses and scare zones have yet to be revealed, the SeaWorld Parks don’t use any IP (intellectual property) to craft their houses, it’s likely this year’s event will feature brand-new and reimagined through haunted mazes. This really helps them stand apart from Halloween Horror Nights and other popular Halloween Events throughout the world.
